My dear childhood friend’s birthday is today; happy birthday, Judy!!! I’ll share some Feng Shui love with you today. As an oldest daughter, you are the Element Wood, Prosperity, Humor, Warmth, and Growth. To heal the body, eat foods like barbecue sauce, beef, black eyed peas, sour cream, and little green lima beans (a blast from our past). And you thought I’d only list out the ‘good for you, not good to you’ foods. Wood Element people need lots of blood-building foods so go at the green, leafy bits, too. Sour tasting foods are like medicine to you so be sure to eat your pickles, buttermilk biscuits, sauerkraut, and tarter sauce to stay healthy this coming year. I just love you!!!! Love and Light!
