More on this Yin/Yang energy? You got it. Each of us, whether male or female, have both Yin (feminine) and Yang (masculine) energy. What?!?!? Think of it this way. When we nurture a relationship, or act in a feminine manner, we are being accommodating, receptive, open. All Yin attributes. In another example, when we act with strength, energy, and conviction, we are presenting Yang, masculine energy. We are all these things whether we are women or men. A mother being the disciplinarian is Yang energy. A father easing the pain of a boo-boo is Yin energy. Same with work environments, we are all Yang energy at work. We have the possibility to be Yin or Yang as the situation requires us to be. With that said, be aware of the energy at home – does the situation need you to be Yin or Yang?
