National Pretzel Day is today, April 26th. And before you get yourself twisted out of shape, remember to stop and breath. Taking 10 seconds to stop, take a deep breath, release it slowly, and breath out can completely change your perception of a situation. What was the intent of the person? Was it kind, harsh, angry, sad? Are they simply having a bad day? Did they do it in malice? Does that even matter? Can you turn your head and walk away knowing it’s not your issue? If it’s their stuff making them have a bad day, then that’s their stuff to deal with – not yours. Lovingly twist the energy back to them and give them the space to fix their own issue. If it’s not yours to fix, let it go. Be like a pretzel today!!
