Hammock Day, July 22, is near and dear to my heart. I L-O-V-E to spend time in my hammock, curled up with a book and some kitties! So on this – a happy, happy day – I share this Feng Shui cure to bring some happiness into your life. First, ask what brings you joy. Is it hanging out in a hammock, like me? Going to the beach? Walking through a forest? Napping with the cat? Simply stop and ask yourself when you last enjoyed this happy, happy thing you like to do? Go back in time to that space. How did you feel, what did you smell, who was with you? What smells do you remember? Allow that space and time to be in your here and now. Breath, relax, release, and reset. Bring your favorite things to you any time you need a pick me up, even when you can’t do them in real-time. I highly recommend doing more of the things you love!
