Teddy Bear Feng Shui

It’s Teddy Bear Day!! My 2nd favorite sleep companion. And yes, I do still sleep with my teddy bear. He listens to my fears, repels any sha chi (negative energy), and reminds me to play which is the Feng Shui way to dissipate fear. He supports me in so many ways – smiles!! So what else can you do when that cloud of negative emotions heads your way? Use the Feng Shui principles of clearing a space. Use a candle, sage, water, the sound from a bell or chime, or stones/crystals (all representations of the 5 Elements, by the way). Walk through your space with the item while speaking, out loud, a favorite prayer, poem, verse, song, or mantra. Start at the entryway, walk the whole home/room counter-clockwise repeating the words over and over. Place your intention in welcoming a light from Heaven/God/the Universe to fill the dark spaces (and your heart) with love. Do this anytime you feel angry, fearful, upset, grief, worry, depression, or sadness. Do so when you’ve had someone else in the space who felt those things. Heck, do them once a week to remind you to welcome in some Divine Love into your heart. And remember to close out the session with a heart full of gratitude and grace. Love and Light!
